Because this section is relating to Health Care and Human Rights...
I wanted it to represent a fight I have been fighting since 2000, and that is the practice by the insurance companies to force people with longterm, or chronic physical problems, whether they are able to be surgically corrected or not, into liabilities to their employers and their families...
...by making them uninsurable, or underinsuring them at overwhelming costs while opting out of ANY of the issues these people actually need insured, causing many families to become bankrupt by medical costs.
I am overcoming the challenges I face daily by living my life on this path.
...and I know that Healthcare and support needs to be viewed as a human right, because any parent facing the reality of bankrupting their family because they are uninsurable and a liability to any company wanting to hire them should not have to face that stress.
Especially in this climate.

With the stimulus package they are writing we now own stock in these corporations
...and by owning stock in these corporations, we as citizens now have the voice to make these changes our reality.
...I ask that the insurance industry be completely rebuilt, and I agree that a Professional Surgeons and Practicing Doctors are due a fair wage for his/her knowledge and devotion to their art, as I am due a fair wage for mine.
given that my goal is to make my art support and care for my family and myself, and support programs that help support our Nation, our Freedom, and our Rights as a People.

We all have to live here, and we deserve to live with peace of mind relating to family illness and Overwhelming Financial Debt.
President Obama, I ask that you hear the true plight of your citizens, and help us obtain affordable, complete, and attainable health care while keeping our democracy a democracy...Please.
You ran a campaign based on change...you can make this change benefit many.

I am grateful for this day…my son is here with his girlfriend, my husband is working, our child is good…

I called a company I believe in that makes art products here in the USA …and they rock.

My son is going to be working with a new brush from Paasche Airbrush called a Talon…

I am excited to see what he comes up with from it…he is finding his groove in the studio with air, and that’s really cool.

I have had so much going on with the kids that I know I haven’t been communicating much on my blog…
…sometimes life is a busy path, and that is good :)

As you see we are cleaning and reconfiguring my studio so Nick can work with air, and I can do what I do
…I have always loved the feel of a brush on a canvas…it just seems natural to me.

He is also finding his groove with his music…and is exploring art with my husband Rusty both with digital animation and filmmaking.

…and as a family …my life is going at the speed of light, and that rocks.

I have uploaded the work that I did the night before we started dismantling and resetting the studio.

I would love your thoughts as I begin a new panel relating to living with disabilities…

It is the piece that I showed incomplete in my one night show at The Art Exchange, Atlanta.
